RN MedSurg Tier I Per Diem Days Nurse

We are seeking a skilled RN MedSurg Tier I Per Diem Days nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a member of our medical-surgical unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assesses and coordinates patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and adjusting care as necessary.
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
