RN Behavioral Health Per Diem Tier I Nights: Delivering Compassionate Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a RN Behavioral Health Per Diem Tier I Nights, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
