Job Summary

This part-time position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. The successful candidate will perform a variety of custodial and event setup duties to ensure the highest level of showcase quality for all events.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustodial Duties
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash collection.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and carpet cleaning machines.
  • Utilize proper chemicals and methods to clean up spills, graffiti, and stains.
  • Stock supplies, such as paper products and soap dispensers.
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the Center, including walls, floors, doors, and bathroom fixtures.
Event Duties
  • Inventory storage rooms before, during, and after each shift.
  • Set up event locations according to established standards and procedures.
  • Perform tear-down after each event to maintain showcase quality standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalency.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
