Principal SailPoint Engineer

iMethods is in search of a SailPoint Developer who possesses extensive expertise in the configuration, deployment, and management of Windows server environments. The ideal candidate will have a diverse technical skill set and a proven ability to address intricate IT challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of the organization’s essential Windows systems while upholding stringent security standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with enterprise objectives.
- Implement designs collaboratively with the team, mentor colleagues, establish design patterns, and uphold standards and best practices during code evaluations.
- Engage in effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise to implement sophisticated patterns, designs, and solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Policies, including training and Segregation of Duties (SOD), API services for access policies, and certifications, as well as both standard and custom IIQ connectors. Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications as needed.
- Apply knowledge of core AWS services such as S3, EC2, CloudFormation, RDS, ElasticBeanstalk, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and AWS CLI commands.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Provide effective troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in penetration testing or vulnerability assessments.
- At least five (5) years in a senior technical role or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Ability to learn and function as an end user to produce deliverables based on experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex subjects clearly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and common security technologies.
- Familiarity with documentation workflows.
- Experience in creating web-based documentation using a content management system.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL Server, including server maintenance and SQL usage.
- Knowledge of Windows Server maintenance and patching.
- Experience in supporting healthcare or clinical organizations.
- Experience managing complex and diverse projects.
- Able to collaborate with engineering teams at various stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, software quality, and security solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with self-motivation, along with effective communication and decision-making abilities.
