Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead our Asbestos Abatement and Remediation efforts in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and driving business growth through effective project management and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit bids for new projects, utilizing industry lead sources and building relationships with clients to create opportunities for growth.
  • Provide project management for all job sites, including pre-project setup, pre-job documentation, and post-project documentation.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings to gather project information and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise and ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including equipment and personnel.
  • Manage administrative functions, including purchase of supplies, labor management, subcontractor management, and collection of accounts receivable.
  • Prepare reports to management on job performance, including job costing and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor and understand job costing and revenue recognition processes through CRM.
  • Set production requirements for field supervisors and maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and payroll information.
  • Communicate effectively with field workers, supervision, and management to ensure a professional atmosphere and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 5-15 years of industry experience in environmental project management, asbestos abatement, and remediation.
  • Strong proactive problem resolution skills, excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a manner that promotes a professional atmosphere and ensures interactions with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personality necessary to interact with a diverse group of professionals and stakeholders.
