Strategic Communications Specialist

As a Communications Manager for Grower-Owner Relations, you will play a key role in creating and managing Welch's communications with corporate leaders, the board, and grower-owners. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver communications and materials that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage grower-owners, corporate leaders, and the board.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and deliver communications and materials that support business objectives.
- Design and manage internal and external communication channels to ensure timely information sharing.
- Manage the creation of grower-owner materials, including newsletters, bulletins, and online resources.
- Develop a dedicated website for grower-owners to provide easy access to resources, news, and cooperative information.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or stakeholder relations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital and traditional communication tools like content management systems and social media platforms.
