Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing store operations. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, and promote a positive store environment.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, including Department Managers, to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Inventory and Operations: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintain a safe working environment, and promote a culture of safety.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in the outdoor industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
