- Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Microbiology, Biology, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in sanitation and food safety in a food manufacturing environment.
- Progressive sanitation supervision experience in a food manufacturing facility regulated by the FDA or USDA.
- Leadership experience in developing and implementing sanitation programs.
- Certifications in PCQI, HACCP, and Internal Auditing are preferred.
