Role Responsibilities

We seek a seasoned post-sales engineer with a background in localization, who excels at problem-solving, ensuring timely project completion, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. This position requires a strong technical foundation, extensive customer-facing experience, and the ability to juggle multiple client priorities effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams to implement our platform for clients.
  • Providing technical expertise to ensure customer success with LILT's offerings.
  • Utilizing a comprehensive skill set that encompasses global content management, knowledge of NLP/MT, and integration processes.
  • Connecting client-specific business challenges with LILT's solutions and effectively communicating this to various technical and executive audiences.
  • Building demonstrations and executing proof-of-concept projects while offering consultative support on architecture and implementation.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a localization engineering capacity.
  • Familiarity with XLIFF, TMX, TBX, and SRX formats.
  • Understanding of localization and internationalization best practices.
  • Proficiency in common file formats such as JSON, XML, HTML, and others.
  • Experience with translation tools and software.
  • Strong coding skills, particularly in Python and Java.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
