The Technical Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of service requests related to facilities support. This position requires proficiency in utilizing specialized software to facilitate the processing and tracking of service inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizes the designated facilities management software to receive, document, and manage service requests effectively.
- Creates, assigns, monitors, and resolves work tickets associated with service inquiries.
- Tracks the status of all assigned tickets to guarantee prompt resolution.
- Escalates urgent requests to the appropriate personnel for immediate attention.
- Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues related to facilities support services in a timely manner.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- Assists in managing room reservations and event logistics, coordinating with clients to meet their scheduling needs.
- Provides basic training to users on the facilities management software, aiding them in navigating the system and submitting requests.
- Generates reports as required, offering insights into service request statuses, ticket resolutions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Prioritizes service requests based on established urgency levels to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Familiarity with help desk management software is essential.
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role.
