Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties and performing various accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting related to assigned properties
  • Recovery calculations
  • CAM reconciliations
  • Audit new leases into Yardi Voyager 7S
  • Communicate with tenants regarding payments
  • Lease charges
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • B.S. in Accounting/Finance
  • 3+ years of property accounting experience
  • Must have experience with CAM reconciliation
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
