We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Technical Instructor to join our team at WSU Tech. This role is crucial in providing high-quality instruction in technical, troubleshooting, and hands-on skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will work closely with corporate clients and pharmaceutical manufacturing professionals to deliver tailored training programs that enhance their knowledge and competencies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping up to date with emerging industry trends and best practices.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with client organizations to understand their unique needs and expectations.
  • Working with client stakeholders to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
  • Coordinating and managing training programs from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless delivery process and fostering active participant engagement.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering feedback, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Leading courses for operators in technical areas covered above, including demonstration of required proficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both hands-on training and technical content development across diverse manufacturing and industrial processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of seven years proven mechanical work experience. Professional certifications in education, organizational development, or comparable and relevant work experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities related to employee growth. Ability to utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique organizational culture and goals. Flexibility to adapt training content to meet the specific needs and expectations of diverse client groups. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Participation in professional development activities to enhance personal and instructional skills.

Additional Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of clients and the industry. Will require development of proficiency in using LMS platforms to deliver and track training programs. Ability to analyze training data to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement. Strong attention to detail, especially related to documentation.
