About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Social Worker to join our team in Merced, California. As a key member of our Wraparound program, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to youth and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and child and family meetings in homes or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans for families
  • Meet with support teams individually and as a group for status and care updates
  • Provide immediate support to children and families in crisis through on-call services
