Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Foreman to join our team at Apex Site Solutions. As a Telecommunications Foreman, you will be responsible for leading our crew in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tower Climbing and Maintenance: Climb and work on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems.
  • Tower Assembly and Erection: Assemble and erect various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.
  • Project Management: Read construction documents, clearly explain and delegate tasks to crews to perform installations per all customer requirements.
  • Equipment Installation: Install antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet.
  • Crew Management: Work closely with, manage, and mentor technicians, and stay aligned with our OJT training program.
  • Scheduling and Review: Schedule and review assigned crews and adhere to project schedules.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 4-5 years of industry experience, with at least one year as a Foreman running crews.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Travel Requirements: Local, out-of-the-area, and extended travel is required (up to 95%). Rotational assignments and on-call responsibilities may be expected.
  • Compensation: $29-$40.
