As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering nursing care to patients through comprehensive assessment, strategic planning, effective intervention, and thorough evaluation. You will also delegate care responsibilities to other nursing staff based on their qualifications and roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and administer nursing care to patients.
2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
3. Respond to emergency situations and assist in the safe transport of patients to medical facilities.
Educational Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure and Certification:
1. Hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
2. Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire.
3. Acquire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
4. Complete Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within one year of hire.
5. Achieve Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year of hire.
Incentives:
Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for Associate RNs and $15,000 for Bachelor RNs, contingent upon a work commitment.
