  • Manage expenses, labor, and payroll, ensuring effective budgeting and forecasting to maximize hotel profitability.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of safety, security, and compliance, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, employees, and external partners, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel operation and building to maintain standards of CSM, brand, local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple hotel and corporate priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
  • College degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of hotel operations, finance, and marketing.
