Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement education programs to enhance nursing practice and patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted training initiatives
- Provide mentorship and coaching to nurses and other healthcare professionals to support their professional growth and development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in nursing and healthcare
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nursing education and practice
- Masters Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois
- Annual BLS or ACLS certification
- Teaching experience and specialty certification preferred
