Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and services, recommending the most suitable solutions to customers and meeting cross-sell goals.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining cash levels and outages within established guidelines.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners through effective communication, both internally and externally.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and soundness of our customers and the bank.
- Experience: 2-3 years of previous teller experience required.
- Skills: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Technology: Above-average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.
- Work Environment: Work involves eye strain due to the constant use of computer screens, reading of reports, and so forth.
- Concentration: Work involves being able to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions.
- Lifting and Moving: Work involves lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
- Communication: Work involves ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone.
- Travel: Work involves some travel to attend meetings, training, and so forth.
