Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Retail Branch Banking Network in Longview, TX. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, leveraging a defined sales process to engage customers in sales conversations and identify appropriate financial solutions.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow their share of wallet, and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, utilizing a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty and deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and adherence to all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on customer relationship management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
