We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Soteria Resident Support Staff to join our team at Pathways Vermont. As a key member of our community, you will provide essential support to our residents, fostering a non-judgmental and non-directive approach to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to residents, promoting healthy choices and life skills.
- Communicate programmatic rules and expectations to residents.
- Maintain thorough understanding of Soteria policies and procedures.
- Compile reports and complete other program documentation.
- Coordinate referrals to community services and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to tolerate uncertainty.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships with marginalized individuals.
- Sound judgment and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends and valid driver's license.
Benefits:
- Full-time hourly employee.
- $22/hour.
- $3000 hiring bonus.
