Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to residents, promoting healthy choices and life skills.
  • Communicate programmatic rules and expectations to residents.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Soteria policies and procedures.
  • Compile reports and complete other program documentation.
  • Coordinate referrals to community services and activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to tolerate uncertainty.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships with marginalized individuals.
  • Sound judgment and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and valid driver's license.
