Job Overview:
Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is interested in the opportunity to manage their own practice. We are a developing network of healthcare professionals and management partners committed to enhancing clinical outcomes for patients while fostering a supportive environment for providers. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the autonomy to operate a branded Triad Complete Healthcare clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
This role ensures ownership of your practice along with control over staffing and operational needs. We provide comprehensive administrative support, including:
  • Full Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Credentialing services
  • Billing and coding assistance
  • Technical support
  • Hiring support
  • Employment agreements
  • On-site training
  • Malpractice coverage (including premium payments)
  • Hands-on management support
  • Back-end operational assistance
Our management services group offers elevated support without taking control of your practice. Our primary goal is to ensure your practice operates efficiently, pleasantly, and remains financially viable without causing burnout. Through our partnership, you can own your practice and increase your income, allowing you the freedom to enhance your practice and invest in your professional growth.

We will manage the initial setup of your practice, cover many recurring operational expenses, and assist in hiring a manager to help oversee daily operations. Continuous support will be provided to your manager as well.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff and the public
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with patients and colleagues.
  • Risk Management: Responsible management of income to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose health conditions based on clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Critical Thinking: Evaluate treatment options to determine the best course of action for patient care.
  • Compassion: Empathy towards patients and their families is crucial.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing healthcare team members, including RNs and LPNs.
