Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner interested in establishing their own practice. We are a dynamic network of healthcare professionals and management partners committed to enhancing clinical outcomes for patients while fostering a supportive environment for providers. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to own and manage a branded Triad Complete Healthcare clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
This role guarantees autonomy in managing your own practice, including oversight of staffing and operational needs. We offer a comprehensive suite of administrative support and expertise, which includes:
  • Full Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Credentialing services
  • Billing and coding assistance
  • Technical support
  • Hiring assistance
  • Employment contracts
  • On-site training
  • Malpractice coverage (including premium payments)
  • Hands-on management support
  • Back-end operational assistance

Support Structure:
Our management services group provides elevated support without exerting control over the broader aspects of your practice. Our primary focus is to ensure your practice operates efficiently, pleasantly, and remains financially viable without leading to provider burnout. Through our partnership, you can enhance your income potential while gaining the freedom to invest in and improve your practice, as well as in your personal development.

Practice Setup:
We will manage all initial setup tasks for your practice, absorb many recurring operational costs, and assist in hiring a manager to facilitate your practice's daily operations. Continuous support will be provided to your management team.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and the public
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality
