Job Title: Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team at GeoLogics Corporation. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing and developing components for the next generation of submarine Electronic Warfare systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, and test RF, analog, and digital electronic circuits.
  • Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical hardware.
  • Develop test criteria and assist in the design of test systems, including test software applications.
  • Perform component and architecture trade studies to determine optimal system solutions.
  • Develop technical presentations, recommendations, and written communications to explain technical issues to program management and the Navy customer.
Requirements:
  • Prior Electrical Engineering experience in RF System Design.
  • Proficiency in all phases of PCB design, including creation of high-level functional and architectural diagrams, SPICE analysis, power analysis, component selection, and schematic entry.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects.
  • Experience in analog and digital circuit design, including signal integrity principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate technical staff.
Preferred Skills:
  • RF system design, development, and testing.
  • Electrical schematic capture and PCB design.
  • Digital and/or embedded electronics.
  • Hands-on electronics design, prototyping, and test.
  • Working with teams across multiple disciplines (HW/SW/Systems).
