Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications experience.
  • Marketing experience in engineering and construction, energy, or industrial markets.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads.
  • Some HTML/CSS and SEO knowledge preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Canva, AI, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
