Job Title: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

Coker Service Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment to ensure our customers' operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to service requests from customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Collaborate with our dispatch team to prioritize and manage service calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
