About the Role

Coker Service Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring that our customers' equipment is working correctly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to client locations to install new equipment and respond to service requests.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues, providing technical training on company equipment as needed.
  • Complete work documents accurately via tablet for customer approval.
  • Communicate with manufacturers or customer service departments regarding warranty-covered jobs.
  • Turn in paperwork to the office on time for billing and processing.
  • Order necessary parts for repairs and maintain company vehicle.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • High school or equivalent (required).
  • Possess a clear driving history.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Previous Refrigeration Experience.
  • Computer and Tablet Skills.
Work Environment
  • Inside kitchen area.
  • Heavy traffic area that may cause distractions.
  • Loud noises.
  • Sometimes, greasy and wet floors.
