Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is a key member of the Rich Products team, responsible for overseeing the daily production schedule and ensuring that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily production schedule execution, ensuring compliance with customer and company specifications.
  • Maintain or exceed manufacturing standards, yields, and efficiencies.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement processes throughout the facility.
  • Promote Quality of Work Life for all employees.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of production records in accordance with company policies.
  • Train line leads and employees on rules, regulations, safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job expectations.
  • Resolve employee issues through the grievance process.
  • Recommend recognitions, promotions, or disciplinary actions based on employee performance.
  • Attend and complete company-sponsored training.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or GED required, college degree preferred.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience, 2 years of supervisory experience minimum.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English, Spanish a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to document and measure results.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others.
  • Teamwork building skills.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Ability to follow procedures.
