College Counselor

The Academy Charter Schools offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that combines technology and experiential learning to prepare students for the next level of education. As a College Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students in grades nine through twelve, helping them navigate the college admissions process and identify their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a college preparation plan for students
• Build relationships with college admissions professionals and community-based organizations
• Coordinate college visits, events, and fairs to promote student awareness and engagement
• Guide students and their families through the college application process, including financial aid and scholarship applications
• Collaborate with school counselors to monitor student progress and provide academic support
