We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a nephrology setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 200 pounds and move patients with assistance
