Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Millwright Worker to execute installation tasks on various machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a meticulous attention to detail, along with the capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure efficient project completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Millwright or in a similar capacity (typically 3-5 years).
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and tools.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
