Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor patient progress, assessing vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license.
  • BLS certification (and other certifications as required by facility).
  • Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills.
