Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide direct patient care and wellness services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent.
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Certified immunizer preferred.
