Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Services Provider to collaborate with our medical director in overseeing medical services and medication-assisted treatment at Channell Family Medical Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Practice and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide medical services in collaboration with the medical director

Offer consultation to patients

Collect and complete required information and paperwork as applicable to contractual agreement

Review patient assessments and reports to ensure adequate documentation with clinical staff, physician, and pharmacy

Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Current PA/NP License issued by the Medical Board of California
Knowledge of medication-assisted treatments and various aspects of addiction and co-occurring disorders
Professional appearance and pleasant mannerism
Ability to pass a background check
