Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running electrical construction and/or renovation projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to procure necessary materials for the projects, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise electrical installations to ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with field personnel of the general contractor, fostering positive collaboration and communication.
  • Cost Control: Control labor costs by monitoring and managing the utilization of labor resources efficiently.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all project participants.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • Experience: Experience as a job runner/supervisor/superintendent, with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including a comprehensive understanding of the electrical code and the ability to read and execute plans and specifications.
  • Leadership: Display supervision and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and manage a team of electricians effectively.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer relations skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
