We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Stafford Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our respiratory therapy department.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned Respiratory Therapist to work in our NICU unit. The ideal candidate will have experience with airway management, ventilator care, and medication administration. A strong background in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care respiratory therapy services to patients in the NICU unit
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct routine quality control checks on respiratory equipment

Requirements:

  • RRT certification from the NBRC
  • Current licensure as an RRT in the state of VA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a NICU setting
  • Strong knowledge of airway management, ventilator care, and medication administration
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
