Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at the Romanoff Group of Companies. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage electrical installation and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement electrical installation and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure electrical systems are designed and installed to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure electrical systems are installed and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage electrical installation and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a strong background in residential and commercial electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct electrical installation and maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with the ability to develop and implement electrical installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
