Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients, adhering to established nursing practice standards.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective and efficient patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Oversee the care provided to assigned patients, ensuring compliance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Schedule: Full-time, 72 hours every two weeks, rotating day and night shifts, every third weekend, and rotating holidays.
- Pay and Benefits: $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates, full-time benefits including medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Minnesota RN license.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Critical Advanced Life Support (CALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Sauk Centre Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
