The Guest Care Sales Specialist is a key position at Car-X Tire & Auto, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires. This role is an hourly position, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a superior customer experience, answering phone calls, inviting guests into the store, and making them feel welcome during their visit.
- Successfully complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process.
- Engage guests, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and present needed services following the Monro selling process.
- Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, and register assistance, as well as facility maintenance and outside purchase ordering.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
- Work with the management team to react to guest service issues, guest complaints, and/or business opportunities.
- Understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, governmental standards, and ANSI/OSHA standards.

As a Guest Care Sales Specialist at Car-X Tire & Auto, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 to $19.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
