Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health in the Post Surgical unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring timely and accurate support.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments on patients within the appropriate time frame, utilizing observation, communication, and examination skills.
  • Plan individualized patient care, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
  • Function independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to areas, evidenced by adherence to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment.
  • Document accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
