Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Post Surgical Care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and implementing nursing care for patients recovering from surgery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments on patients within the appropriate time frame utilizing skills of observation, communication, and examination.
  • Develop individualized care plans identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
  • Maintain healing and therapeutic environments for patients and families.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for assigned communications and special assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Certification in Basic Arrhythmia and ACLS within 6 months of hire (dependent on unit specialty).

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
