This is a second shift position, requiring supervision of up to 11 technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of the shop.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direction and supervision to the shop staff, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Supervise the daily work of the technicians, scheduling, planning, and assigning work to maximize efficiency.
  • Train employees and assist with engine diagnostics, ensuring the highest level of technical expertise.
  • Monitor and track technician productivity and performance, making data-driven decisions to improve shop operations.

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of experience managing technicians and overseeing maintenance operations.
  • Minimum B-level Diesel Technician skills and knowledge required.
  • Supervisory background in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of maintenance management principles.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems, emission systems, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Applications and maintenance databases.
