Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team members and allocate staffing needs to ensure optimal patient care
  • Manage performance, monitor patient engagement, and ensure patient safety through effective leadership and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
  • Registered Nurse License in North Dakota
  • BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nursing laws, regulations, and project management principles
