Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of industrial machinery and building systems at RealTruck. This includes troubleshooting and maintaining tools and equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair complex machines, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability, and minimize downtime through data-driven analysis.
  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), creating work orders, uploading documentation, and updating parts inventory.
  • Assist with inventory management, cataloging parts, and ordering replacement parts and shop supplies.
  • Mentor junior maintenance technicians on equipment and advanced manufacturing systems.
  • Rebuild machines, tools, and heavy equipment, and create special tools to assist with production.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical systems, electrical systems, tools, or machinery required.
  • Previous forklift experience required.

Working Conditions

The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will work in a production-based environment, subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards.
