Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and industrious Retail Team Lead to oversee our retail operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the store's financial assets, including cash registers and deposits.
  • Supervise and guide team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to all store personnel.
  • Create a supportive environment that enables team members to meet their performance goals.
  • Achieve or surpass daily sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and customers.
  • Assist customers with their purchases and pricing inquiries.
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized and welcoming to customers.
  • Verify pricing to adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Understand and apply item pricing strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

This is a full-time position requiring an average of 32-40 hours per week, with flexible hours based on business needs. The Retail Team Lead must be available to work various shifts throughout the week.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.
  • Warehouse experience is a plus.
