Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety policies and adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines in all work environments.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for delivery inquiries, coordinating the sales order delivery process with precision.
  • Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment in accordance with established practices.
  • Ensure customers understand relevant company policies, including will calls, additional products ordered, and driver responsibilities.
  • Schedule workforce (drivers) on a daily basis to maximize service efficiency and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using dispatch and trucking software a plus.
