MRO Procurement Specialist

Position Overview:

The MRO Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the acquisition of essential goods and services, which includes equipment, tools, parts, and supplies, while executing related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engages with vendors to gather product or service details such as pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Creates purchase orders or requests for proposals.
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure alignment with maintenance schedules and financial objectives.
• Keeps accurate procurement records detailing items or services acquired, costs incurred, and delivery information.
• Authorizes invoices for payment processing.
• Facilitates the prompt delivery of goods to end-users.
• Demonstrates the ability to scan and interpret received documents into digital systems.
• Tracks orders and communicates anticipated delivery dates.

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in a Maintenance or MRO role, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Possesses intermediate proficiency in Excel.
