MultiCare Health System is seeking a skilled Imaging Care Specialist to join our team in Puyallup, Washington.
Job SummaryThe Imaging Care Specialist will perform general radiology imaging studies, working collaboratively with our skilled Imaging/Radiology team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.
Responsibilities- Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services
- Follow policies and procedures to provide patient care activities and related non-professional services
- Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment
- Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from an accredited Imaging program or equivalent
- Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; if registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
- MA-P is required for Maple Valley Rad Techs who perform Phlebotomy
- $20,000 sign-on bonus available for qualifying external candidates
- Up to $10,000 relocation bonus depending on the distance of move
