Job Summary

Angie's Lobster LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lobster processing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain production equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment downtime
  • Repair equipment as needed to minimize delays
  • Collaborate with the Head of Equipment and Engineering to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Inspect equipment to identify maintenance needs and address key issues
  • Take inventory and organize maintenance tools to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic experience in maintenance work, including mechanics, plumbing, and electrical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Manual dexterity to operate a variety of machinery and equipment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable and reliable transportation
