About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
