Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Keep resident areas clean and sanitized, and perform other tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other visitors, and address their concerns in a timely manner
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs, repositioning them as needed
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Appropriate bedside manner
